In October 2022, Swietelsky officially obtained accreditation from ProRail to participate in tenders for track maintenance in the Netherlands. Among other things, Swietelsky had to prove that they have the right competence and know-how to carry out thorough maintenance according to performance-based maintenance contracts (PGO). In addition, they also had to prove that the digital systems they intend to use for this purpose meet the requirements set by ProRail. For the entire digital infrastructure, the AnyWare ecosystem was chosen to combine all information from both static and dynamic data in one asset management platform. Ultimately, Swietelsky wants to strive for smart maintenance, and for this it is essential that an asset management platform can deal with existing data from SAP, for example, and dynamic data from systems already applied in the rail sector.
With AnyWare, Swietelsky was able to prove that they are fully in control of the digital systems and ready to do smart and effective maintenance within the Dutch railway infrastructure.
