Insight- Text Widgets for Multiple Assets Text widgets can now be linked to multiple assets, giving you more flexibility in providing context and instructions.
Field Service Management (FSM) Mobile- Defect Functionality: FSM Mobile now supports defect handling, making it easier to track and resolve issues on-site.
- Tagging Tickets: You can now add tags to tickets in FSM Mobile for better organization and faster searching.
Field Service Management (FSM)- Thumbnail Previews: Ticket images are now displayed as thumbnails, giving you a quicker overview without opening each image.
- Internal Tickets: Tickets can be marked as internal, helping teams separate external customer requests from internal work items.
Provisioning Enhancements
- Last Login Tracking: You can now view the last login time for each user.
- Exportable User List: A new user list is available, complete with Excel export functionality.
Insight Updates
- Text Widgets: Insight now supports text widgets,in dashboards allow to add text with live data from sensors and attributes.
- Threshold Chaining: You can now link thresholds together, enabling complex monitoring logic using existing thresholds.
